Refund policy
Sometimes you may have chosen the wrong size (despite the super size guide), forgot to select an option (non-slip pads for a pair of sandals for example) or realize that in fact you would prefer another version.
Similarly, sometimes you just want to cancel your order and get a refund.
In any case, you will need to return your products to us.
To return your products, you must begin the following procedure under 15 days after receiving your order:
1 / Send us a request for an exchange or refund via the contact form
2 / Return the product(s) thanks to the return label received
Return policy:
- For an exchange, the return costs are offered.
- For a refund, we will deduct 15€ if you use the UPS label provided to cover these return costs.

IMPORTANT:
- Only unworn products returned in their original packaging will be accepted
- Customized products (custom size, initials...) cannot be returned
- Return must be done with the return label provided. Other returns won't be accepted.
- If there are additional customs taxes, it will be at your charge.

Manufacturing defect
Despite the delicate attention we pay to each product made in our workshop, we are only humans and not robots, and it can happen that a defect goes unnoticed.
