When you visit the atelier, you are stepping into our daily life. Campo de Ourique is one of Lisbon's most local neighbourhoods, quiet, residential, and full of good things if you know where to look.

Where we go for coffee
Manteigaria
Our local pastéis de nata. Better than Belém itself, and without the queue. Go to the Praça de Parada square, sit on a terrace and enjoy. Beautiful, quiet and very local.
Etma Bakery
Yes, it is instagrammable. But the roulé jambon and the meat sandwich are genuinely very good. Worth it.
Myka
Greek frozen yogurt that is addictive. The perfect afternoon stop after visiting the atelier, especially in summer. Go for the pistachio topping.

Flamma
Chef Alessandra runs this tiny open-fire restaurant entirely on her own terms. Everything is cooked on skewers over fire, and every single one is a surprise, creative, unexpected, delicious. A woman putting her whole personality into her food. One of our favourite places to open in the neighbourhood recently. Perfect for a romantic dinner.
Pigmeu
The neighbourhood spot we keep coming back to. Everything revolves around pork, creative, well executed, very good. The kind of place where you feel cosy with a glass of red wine and a confort plate.
Hinks
The perfect address for sandwich lovers. The French Dipper is just insane, slow-cooked meat, good bread, broth for dipping. The kind of thing you think about for days after. A must.
Where we drink
Vivants
Our local wine bar. Natural wines, a knowledgeable owner, and the kind of neighbourhood energy that makes you stay longer than planned. On Thursday and Friday evenings, the chef opens the kitchen and the food is absolutely worth it. Follow them on Instagram to see what's on.
Badassery
A speakeasy with live concerts, great cocktails, and the best energy in the neighbourhood. The lineup changes so follow them on Instagram to know what's on. One of those places you stumble into and end up staying all night.

Marta Cypel
A friend and a talented ceramicist with her atelier right in the neighbourhood. Her work is beautiful, the kind of piece you bring home and keep forever. Worth a visit if you love handmade objects with real character.
Mundo das Coleções
An antique shop with unpredictable opening hours, nobody really knows when it will be open. But if you walk past and the door is unlocked, go in. You will find a treasure, guaranteed.
Piu Piu Chick
Children's clothing you didn't know you needed, until you walk in. Colourful, well-made, with a real point of view. The kind of shop that makes you want to have kids just to dress them.
Sabor Mercearia
A lovely neighbourhood deli run by the cutest. Perfect for picking up good things to take to the park, cheese, charcuterie, a bottle of wine. Everything you need for an impromptu picnic at Jardim da Estrela.
On foot
Praça de Parada
One of those squares that stops you in your tracks. Quiet, beautiful, very local. A great spot to sit down with a coffee or a glass of wine and just watch the neighbourhood go by.
Walk to Príncipe Real
One of our favourite walks in Lisbon. Head towards the Jardim da Estrela, one of the city's most beautiful parks, perfect for a slow stroll then continue on foot to Príncipe Real, with its design shops, cafés and weekend market. About 20 minutes, all downhill.
Cemitério dos Prazeres
Alexandre's pick. One of Lisbon's most beautiful cemeteries, peaceful, impressive, and completely unlike what you might expect. An honest surprise. For those who know.
