Return policy
Sometimes, it happens to choose the wrong size (despite our size guide), forget to select an option (anti-slip pads, for example), or realize that you actually prefer another model.
Sometimes, you may simply want to cancel your order and get a refund.
In any case, you'll need to return the products to us.
To return your products, you must initiate the following procedure within 30 days after receiving your order:
1. Log in to your account
2. Select the order you wish to return
3. If you wish to proceed with an exchange, specify your preference (size, options, etc.) in the "remark" field

4. Confirm your return request
Once your return request is accepted, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid label.
The exchange or refund will be processed upon receipt of your return at our workshop.
Return Policy:
- Return shipping costs are covered for exchanges.
- For a refund, we will deduct €15 (Europe) or €25 (UK, Switzerland, and the rest of the world) per item to cover return costs.
IMPORTANT:
- Only products returned in their original packaging and unworn will be accepted
- Any product showing signs of wear and tear, and not suitable for resale as-is, will not be accepted for return.
- Exceptionally, if only the outsole shows signs of wear, we may agree to accept the return with a €35 deduction per item.
- Personalized products (custom size, initials, etc.) cannot be returned.
- The customs fees associated with your return are your responsibility.
- Only products returned using the provided return label will be accepted.
Manufacturing Defect
Despite the careful attention we pay to each product manufactured in our workshop, human error can occur, and it's possible for a defect to go unnoticed.
