2. Acceptance of Terms: By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms of service in their entirety.

3. Products: Mama Praïa sells handcrafted leather sandals for women, made in Lisbon, Portugal. Each pair is handmade and may present slight variations — these are part of the artisanal nature of the product and do not constitute a defect.

4. Orders & Pricing: All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of VAT. Mama Praïa reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law): In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at ola@mamapraia.com. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.

8. Legal Guarantee: In accordance with French consumer law, all products benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and a guarantee against hidden defects. Please note that as with any footwear, normal wear over time is an inherent part of using the product and is not covered by this guarantee.

9. Liability: Mama Praïa's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages.
