CUSTOMS DELIVERY FEES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For customers residing outside the European Union territory and in the Overseas Departments and Territories, the prices charged are exclusive of taxes. These prices should be understood as "delivered duty unpaid" (or DDU "Delivery Duty Unpaid").

RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to us due to a carrier error or any reason on our end, we will reship it to you at no extra cost.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, a missed delivery, or any other reason within the customer's control, the return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be the customer's responsibility. If you'd prefer not to have the order reshipped, we're happy to issue a refund — minus those carrier fees.
